Founded in 2001, Christopher’s Heaven is a non-profit organization that supports families and patients during treatment and recovery times when a family member needs to be hospitalized for long periods of time. Their website played a pivotal role in offering quick information to families in need and promoting fundraising events. However, their existing website was dated, and non-intuitive, the donation page was hard to access, and they lacked impact stories that build trust.
The new redesign tackled problems from 3 types of users: families looking for resources, donors, and bigger businesses that want to become a sponsor. Implementing a new sitemap and user-friendly navigation, I designed a website that showcased the true value of the non-profit's mission based on UI patterns and visual elements in alignment with their brand identity.
